ACP employs a registration form for teams willing to participate in the tournament to ensure compatibility between our event and companies/professionals wishing to attend. After registering your teams, we will subsequently provide you with a link to our event shop by email, where you can purchase your team and/or spectator ticket(s). If you are not a sponsor or partner of Air Cargo Padel, the maximum number of teams you can register through our pre-registration form is four. If you intend to come with a larger group, we can discuss this further in consultation.

Do you want to attend the event without participating in the tournament? This is also possible by purchasing a spectatorticket. A spectatorticket provides access to the event, and lets you enjoy free drinks and barbecue while you can meet and cheer for your favorite colleagues and business relations.

You will receive a link to the event shop several weeks before the tournament day, scheduled for June 13, 2024. Furthermore, we will keep you informed through email or LinkedIn. Failure to make payment for the reserved tickets within the specified timeframe will result in the redistribution of your tickets to other teams on the waiting list.

While the definitive schedule is yet to be determined, we highly recommend planning for a full day from 12:00 to 22:00. In addition to hosting the tournament, there will be numerous side activities to participate in, including a clinic, demonstration game, and other sports. Moreover, an outdoor bar and barbecue will be available, complemented by a DJ playing the best funky tunes.

Free parking is available at Padel Mate Club, and multiple public transport options are accessible nearby.

Dressing rooms are available for changing clothes.
